Dialogue is open, honest and mutually supportive. Diageo and Matrix hold monthly meetings to assess levels of service and advance suggestions for process improvements. Ongoing focus is placed on KPIs and generating continuous innovation.

Matrix’s commitment to relationships is reflected on the ground. Executives arriving in the UK are supplied with their driver’s names, mobile phone information and car registration details. To underline the personal touch, regular visitors are provided with the same driver on each trip to London wherever possible.
