Reducing our CO2 Impact

As far as scientists can tell, global temperatures have varied by less than one degree since the dawn of human civilisation. This is no longer the case; from 1990 to 2100 the surface temperature is projected to increase by 1.4 to 5.8°C.

The prime cause of global warming is the build up of CO2 in the atmosphere. It is the responsibility of everyone - governments, businesses and individuals - to cut CO2 emissions. Every year London alone generates around 50 million tonnes of Carbon Dioxide of which almost 20%, or 10 million tonnes, comes directly from transport. Everyday we make decisions that have an impact in our environment. You can choose to make that impact a positive one.
