Vehicles
Our entire fleet are licensed by Transport for London via the Public Carriage Office and we ensure that all licenses are reviewed annually. In accordance with the licensing agreement all fares are regulated.
We guarantee that all of our vehicles meet PCO cleanliness standards and are subject to spot checks and mystery shopping in order that those standards are maintained.
In addition, all vehicles are fitted with GPS and GPRS technology allowing our fleet management contact centres to track both the position and status of the entire fleet in real time.
As the only carbon neutral transportation company in London you can be confident that travelling with the Radio Taxis Group will not negatively impact the environment.
Drivers
All Group drivers have been trained to the very highest standards either and have their licenses, insurance, health and police records are checked every 3 years. Furthermore, all drivers adhere to our Codes of Conduct which are enforced and upheld by an independent body of industry specialists.
We guarantee that our drivers are better equipped by providing a dedicated Driver Services Centre offering advanced training courses, instruction and advice on our Codes of Conduct, technical support, communication and management as well as offering our own Credit Union.

Therefore Radio Taxis Group provide all account customers with fully itemised bills and consolidated management information designed to meet your specific requirements, as well as a named account manager responsible for resolving your queries.
Our state of the art fleet management contact centres are based in Central London and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year; so you can choose how you book using either telephone, fax, email, SMS, or online via our internet booking facility whenever you have the need.
Our GPRS system forms part of our independent technology suite, which is backed up by a full disaster recovery site thus providing complete business continuity. Furthermore, we will be happy to provide access to our fleet as part of your own disaster recovery strategy.
If your destination takes you further a field, Radio Taxis Group are happy to arrange National and International journeys for you.
Our Arrival Advice service is designed to ease the connection between the vehicle and passenger in crowded areas and is available by telephone or SMS text message.
