The Radio Taxis Group Limited shares are traded on an exclusive exchange (Sharemark) currently only open to staff, drivers & directors. An on line auction takes place every quarter enabling shares to be traded.

The company is also signed up to the City Code, which means that there are certain Corporate Governance rules which include closed periods for trading shares until half yearly or annual reports are made public.

The company was formerly an Industrial Provident and Friendly Society, Radio Taxicabs (London) Ltd and demutualised in June 2004 to become Radio Taxis Group Ltd.

Radio Taxis Group Limited wholly owns One Transport Limited, the UK's largest and fastest growing outsourced transport consolidation/ management company.
