Radio Taxis drivers receive an unrivalled level of support and services.

Our flexible system provides driver payment on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, you choose.

We operate the largest and best equipped fitting bay in the industry with extended opening hours. All cabs are equipped with an Emergency button. In the event of an incident, a signal is sent to our control room where the position of the taxi is identified and a call put through to the Police. 

Drivers have the option of being provided with complementary Satellite Navigation and hands-free telephony units. A back up fleet is permanently maintained to keep drivers on the road at all times.

Radio Taxis also negotiates a range of benefits with external providers.

Training on how to be a radio driver and in the use of Mobile Data equipment for drivers is delivered in our state of the art training room complete with simulator.

Regular forums provide drivers with an opportunity to voice opinions or propose new ideas which are welcomed. A climate controlled driver's lounge is fully equipped with Sky TV and a pool table.

Drivers and their families are invited to join Radio Taxis Credit Union. Owned and run by members, the Credit Union provides loans at favourable rates that may be used for any purpose including cab overhaul, decorating your home or booking a holiday.
