Radio Taxis Group (RTG) has provided transport for passengers around London for more than half a century. Over 2,500 black cab drivers currently work with RTG, offering customers the largest fleet in the capital.

Whether your journey involves a trip to the shops, airport transfer, business meeting or safe passage, RTG is committed to providing all our passengers with a prompt, safe and reliable service.

Full training on disability and diversity awareness is provided by RTG. Our entire fleet of black cabs is equipped with accessibility features such as wheelchair ramps, swivel seats and other safety equipment.

RTG also employs a fleet of over 230 drivers engaged in Private Hire. Once again, all drivers are licensed by the PCO and CRB approved.

Drivers working with RTG agree to abide by a Code of Conduct. Key points include:

• Respecting client confidentiality
• Avoiding the use of a mobile phone while driving
• Never smoking or eating in the car
• Cleaning vehicles on a daily basis inside and out
• Accepting fares at all times from disabled passengers or those with learning difficulties

Radio Taxis has developed relationships with a network of national and international partners. For clients travelling beyond the capital, Radio Taxis will arrange personal transportation around the UK or overseas.

RTG’s control room is based in Central London and open for business 24 x 7, 365 days per year. Bookings can be taken by telephone, fax, e-mail, SMS or via the Internet.
