RTG’s Taxicharge card offers a convenient method of utilising our services, allowing passengers to request vehicles from across the fleet by calling a priority booking number.

Taxicharge can also be employed for street hail. The chargecard is swiped through an onboard computer terminal, authorisation provided by a customer PIN code.

Taxi Connect is a new automated booking service for Taxicharge Card holders. Having preset up to 9 addresses onto the system, customers book by pressing keys 1-9 on their phone, corresponding to their desired pick up address and destination. Taxi Connect is ideal for those who use our services on a regular basis, frequently travelling to similar destinations.

Taxicharge numbers and PIN codes are exclusive to each customer. Cards are produced in house by RTG and a replacement for lost cards will be issued within 48 hours.

RTG maintains a permanent desk at all major airports around London. Passengers who request the Meet and Greet service at the time of their booking will be welcomed by RTG personnel. Meet and Greet staff maintain direct contact with our Control Room, ensuring that any changes to flight times or baggage handling arrangements are swiftly communicated.

RTG also offers an Arrival Advice service designed to ease communication between driver and passenger in crowded areas. The Advice Arrival service is available by telephone or SMS text message.
